As church leaders, we are continually encouraged by the steady and consistent growth we see in the spiritual maturity of the congregation. We are also encouraged by new people who are choosing to make MWCC their home church.
We feel that a real hallmark of the church is its friendly, accepting atmosphere. The ambience of friendliness and concern for each other is very apparent, and we trust God that this will continue.
MWCC is a family church in two ways. Firstly, we are very family-oriented and love kids. Secondly, we aim to be a family to those who don't have a family here for whatever reason.
We believe very strongly that we are all on a spiritual journey. Our aim as church leaders is to help all who come to MWCC move forward on the journey, whatever stage they are at. We want to create opportunities for people to discover and use their spiritual gifting. We like to encourage the development of gifting and talent, either with 'in-house' training or outside opportunities.
